RETURNS

An item is only eligible for return within 7 calendar days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Holiday Items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • All Birthday outfits, custom made birthday outfits, hats and custom blankets.
  • Custom made belts and headbands.


Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to customercare@poshpeanut.com

Note:

Original Shipping is not refundable. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.

If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Posh Peanut INC, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.

Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.

Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

We do not accept exchanges.
If you would like to exchange a item for a different color, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 7 calendar days of receipt.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
  • YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Posh Peanut is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier.   We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.

ORIGINAL PAYMENT

Posh Peanut will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please email customercare@poshpeanut.com within 24hours, if we have shipped your order we cannot cancel or refund a order.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

  • Our current processing time is 1- 3 business days. Once shipped it takes approx. 3-5 business days to deliver in the USA. Most customers receive their order within a week.
  • Priority & Express orders are shipped out same or next business day and take between approx 1-3 business days to receive.
  • Items that are personalized and/or embroidered please allow 2-3 additional days to ship out. 
  • All items will be shipped Via USPS standard shipping unless you have upgraded your shipping at checkout.

This is for domestic orders only. 

ORDER STATUS

Once your order has been shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking or directly from the email.
