- Posh Peanuts will gladly accept returns of product/s purchased from poshpeanut.com
- To qualify for a return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order. Please provide reason and order number.
- Products must be in their original and respective packaging. Refunds are processed in 10-15 days.
- Posh Peanut is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Posh Peanut is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
- Once the item/s for return are received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping.

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of order placement. Once the order has been processed we are unable to cancel, change or make any adjustments to the order.
