Common Return Questions

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the returns center page and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable?

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Items purchased from November 14th thru December 24th will have extended returns until January 5th.
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging and tags

What items are non-refundable?

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/Customized Items
  • Items in clearance/door-busters during sales 
  • Items marked FINAL SALE

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to, no exceptions

Gift Exchange 

If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts may be exchanged and are non-refundable.

We do not accept exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 14 calendar days of receipt.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort.

Are there any charges for return?

  • No restocking fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Packages that are sent back for insufficient address/ refused package/could not deliver/mailbox full or error with delivery are subject to an $8 fee in which will be deducted from your original purchase. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 10 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Return Instructions for shoppers

1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

2. Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. The return address for the package:

      3. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep track of your package by receiving an email for shipment updates.

      4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is approved. Please allow 10 days to process returns.
