How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the Returns Center page and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging and tags
What items are non-refundable?
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized Items
- Items in clearance/door-busters during sales
- Items marked for BOGO sales are FINAL SALE
- Items marked FINAL SALE
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to email@example.com, no exceptions.
Gifts & Exchanges
If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts may be exchanged and are non-refundable.

We do not accept exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, style please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort.
Are there any charges for return?
- No restocking fees
- You are responsible for return shipping charges, and we highly suggest purchasing tracking # return.
- Packages that are sent back for insufficient address/ refused package/could not deliver/mailbox full or any reason beyond our control are subject to an $8 fee in which will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund. Insure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot change an information.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 10 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via our return center.
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
- Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

2. Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. The return address for the package:

3. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep track of your package by receiving an email for shipment updates.
4. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is approved. Please allow 10 days to process returns.
