Return Policy

Posh Peanut will gladly accept returns of products purchased directly from our website! If you purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer for additional details on how to return.

How do I return? down icon
  1. Enter your order number and email address, phone number, or zip code on the Returns Center page and click "Start A Return"
  2. Follow the screen instructions by confirming your address and selecting the items you want to return
  3. Upon completion, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable? down icon

  • Unwashed and unworn
  • With tags and in original packaging
What items are non-refundable? down icon

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Gift boxes
  • Items in sale/clearance section
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Items marked for BOGO sales are FINAL SALE
  • Doorbusters
  • Collaboration Patoos™ and select collaboration items as marked

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to help@poshpeanut.com, no exceptions.

Gift Returns down icon

If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, it will be processed in the form of store credit. All gifts (*) may be exchanged and are non-refundable. You will need a valid website order number to proceed with a gift return. No exceptions.

(*) International gift returns are not accepted at this time.

We do not accept exchanges down icon

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort.

Are there any charges for return? down icon
  • No restocking fees
  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided when your return is approved from here. We provide you with a return label at $10 and it will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Packages that are sent back for insufficient addressrefused packagecould not delivermailbox full, or any reason beyond our control are subject to an $10 fee, which will be deducted from your original purchase upon issuing a refund. Ensure your address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change information once the order is being processed.
  • Packages sent back without using our provided shipping label and using our return center will delay your return process 15+ days. We are not responsible for customers who send back items out of our policies stated above and choose to return by personal couriers and shipping labels. If your item(s) is not delivered, no tracking and/or states delivered but our warehouse has not received it, we reserve the right to decline your refund and return. No Exceptions. 
  • At this time, we do now allow returns from different orders to be combined. Each order must be individually processed through our return portal and sent separately. A fee of $10 per order will be charged if you combine returns into the same package.
How soon will I get my refund? down icon
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 10 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via our return center.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s).
  • Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment within 10 business days.

  1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your return authorization slip securely in a box. You can use the box items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
  2. Please do not combine returns from multiple orders. Each order must be individually processed through our return portal and sent separately. A fee of $10 per order will be charged if you combine returns into the same package.
  3. Affix the provided shipping label and ship back with the courier stated on your shipping label ( ex: USPS, UPS, FEDEX ) to ship the package. The return address for the package is:

NOTE: For the safety of those that handle returns, please do NOT use staples to close your package!

Please allow 10 business days to process all returns. Once approved, you will be notified via email and the refund will be credited to your original form(s) of payment.

Modified Policy down icon

If you return more than 15 orders within a 12-month period, you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

International Returns down icon

For International, returns please contact help@poshpeanut.com to initiate your return. International customers will be required to mail their returns back to the address listed below using their own form of postage.
