Q: Will the items I purchase be final sale?

Q: Can I cancel or adjust my order?
A: Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we are unable to cancel, change, or make any adjustments to orders. No exceptions.
Q: If I made a purchase before the sale, can my order be price adjusted?
A: Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any price adjustments to any orders placed before or after any sale.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Due to the influx of orders received, order processing times experience delays—however, orders should ship within the time span provided at checkout. Therefore, please allow 3+ weeks for your order to ship. This is the maximum timeframe—however, orders are expected to ship out sooner.
A: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process orders. Due to the volume of orders, and carrier delays we have seen throughout Covid-19 we are expecting delays with all carriers and transit times. We will do our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Free Standard shipping will be 5-10 business days estimated in transit.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping (Express/Overnight)?
A: Yes. However, please note that during large sales - processing times are delayed significantly. Once shipped your upgraded shipping will apply.
