Q: Can I cancel or adjust my order?

A: Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we are unable to cancel, change, or make any adjustments to orders. No exceptions.

Q: If I made a purchase before the sale, can my order be price adjusted?

A: Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any price adjustments to any orders placed before or after any sale.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Due to the influx of orders received, order processing times experience delays—however, orders should ship within the time span provided at checkout. Therefore, please allow 3+ weeks for your order to ship. This is the maximum timeframe—however, orders are expected to ship out sooner.

A: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process orders. By consenting to Posh Peanut’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Posh Peanut through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
