SHIPPING DELAYS

We will pause shipping on all orders from Friday, October 21st, through Monday, November 7th, as we complete our warehouse inventory. Shipping will resume on 11/8/22 and orders will be processed in the order they were received.

Please note: if you are shopping for a gift - Gift Cards will still be available for purchase and will deliver digitally to the email address you provide.

WHY IS MY ONLINE ORDER DELAYED?

We are currently taking inventory of the items in our warehouse. This helps us verify what’s in stock before orders are processed. Until the process is complete, we cannot ship any orders. Shipping will resume 11/8/22. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders will begin shipping on November 8th, 2022. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is on its way. Once shipped, you can expect delivery in approximately 2-7 business days.

CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER BETWEEN OCTOBER 21ST AND NOVEMBER 7TH 2022?

Absolutely! You can still place orders during this time. However, please note that those orders will not begin to ship until November 8th, 2022. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is on its way. Once shipped, you can expect delivery in approximately 2-7 business days.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER PLACED BETWEEN OCTOBER 21ST AND NOVEMBER 7TH 2022?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

WILL RETURNS BE PROCESSED DURING THIS SHIPPING DELAY?

Unfortunately, no. We will not process any returns until our inventory count is complete. We will resume processing returns on November 8th, 2022.

WHAT ABOUT ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

Orders shipped to any location outside of the United States will also be delayed between October 21st and November 7th, 2022. They will begin shipping November 8th, 2022.

CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING (EXPRESS/OVERNIGHT)?

Yes. However, please note that we will not be processing any orders until November 8th, 2022. Once shipped your upgraded shipping will apply.
