The Social Media Manager brings the Posh Peanut brand, voice and mission to life through all of our media channels. Youโll be responsible for leading the vision of Posh Peanut on social, partnering cross-functionally to integrate community building strategies in all areas of the business. You will help us take our social strategy to the next level through content, conversation, and community while driving engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall social media strategy for Posh Peanut, including content creation and communication of key brand moments, storytelling, campaigns, and collaboration launches across all social channels โย custom tailored to platform trends and media
- Build a social video strategy, growing Posh Peanutโs presence on TikTok and IG Reels and creating and managing a group of creators to feed these channels
- Brief and manage projects with internal Creative team and external contractors. Daily copy management, including reviewing and editing copy for brand voice and alignment
- Continuing to build existing and new media channels โ acquiring new consumers and building engagement
- Serve as an admin for social channels and track analytics to be reported to management. Analyzes performance and incorporate insights into future content decisions
- Manage and organize UGC content for distribution via all marketing channels
- Must maintain knowledge of the latest social trends and best practices on each channel
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience
- Highly experienced in using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and emergin social platformsย
- Detail-oriented, strong leadership, communications, and organizational skillsย
- Knowledge of monitoring and presenting KPI data and analysis
- Proficient in using CMS and popular digital platforms like Shopify
- Social media savvy and eager to engage and grow an online community
- Excited to roll up your sleeves and be part of a collaborative team where no task is too small or big
