Yes, there are some exclusions. 

Exclusions include: Disney’s Moana collection, the Dr. Seuss collection, gift boxes, gift cards, and doorbusters. 

All items excluded from the sale will be marked “Excluded from sale.”

Doorbusters are exclusive, limited-time deals that will be added to the sale on Friday, 11/29, at 8 AM PST and on Monday, 12/2, at 8 AM PST, with prices starting as low as $5. Doorbusters are popular and are likely to sell out quickly, so we recommend shopping at 8 AM to get the best deals!

No, a code is not required for this sale. The discount for each item will be clearly displayed on our site and will automatically apply to your cart when the items are added.

Can I pre-load my cart? down icon

No, do not preload your cart. If you preload your cart, discounts are not always reflected accurately and we will not be able to offer price adjustments.

Yes! We are adding new sale items daily at 8 AM PST!

Our sale will begin Wednesday, 11/27, at 12:00 PM PST (VIPS get 1-hour early access). Our sale will end Monday, 12/2, at 11:59 PM PST.

Yes, select items are final sale and will be marked as such on the site. This includes all items in the sale section and doorbusters. These select items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I stack coupon codes? down icon

No, discount codes cannot be stacked. The 10% off VIP code, new customer discount codes, bundle discounts, and all other promotional codes can not be used in combination with the Black Friday Sale discounts.

Can I edit or cancel my order? down icon

Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to cancel, change, or adjust any orders. No exceptions. Please ensure your address, sizes, and payment information is correct before checking out.

When will my order ship? down icon

Due to the high volume of orders during this time, we anticipate all orders will take about 5-14 days to process. 

Reminder: U.S. orders over $25 qualify for Free Shipping.

Will you offer price adjustments? down icon

Unfortunately, we can not price adjust any order purchased before our Black Friday sale starting on Wednesday, 11/27, at 12:00 PM PST.
