What is your Annual Sitewide Sale? down icon

Our biggest sale of the year! We’re offering discounts ranging from 10-75% off on products across our website. Please note that exclusions apply.

Is there a code? down icon

No code is needed for this Annual Sitewide Sale. Your discount will reflect once the product is added to your cart.

Can I pre-load my cart? down icon

No, please do not pre-load your cart, as our system may not apply the discount to items already in your cart before the start of the sale. We recommend adding items to your wishlist instead.

Will new items be added during the sale? down icon

No. All sale inventory will be made available to purchase on the first day of the sale.

Will VIP members have early access? down icon

No, unfortunately, we will not be offering early access to VIPs.

What time does the sale start and end? down icon

The Annual Sitewide sale will begin Thursday, 04/25/24, at 8:00 AM PT. The sale will end Sunday, 4/28/24, at 11:59 PM PT.

Are items final sale? down icon

Yes. Any item discounted by 15% or more will be a Final Sale. Items that are final sale will be labeled as “Final Sale” in your cart. Please note that all collaboration Patoos are final sale regardless of discount.

Can I edit or cancel my order? down icon

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders, we will not be able to cancel, change, or adjust any orders. There are no exceptions. Please ensure your address, sizes, and payment information are correct before checking out.

Will there be exclusions? down icon

Yes. Select items and collections will be excluded from the sale.

When will my order ship? down icon

We anticipate longer than average processing and shipping times due to the influx of orders during this time. All orders will take about 5-10 days to process. As a reminder, US orders over $25 will receive Free Standard Shipping.

Will you offer price adjustments? down icon

Unfortunately, we can not price adjust any order purchased before our Annual Sitewide Sale.

Will Afterpay or Shoppay be available? down icon

Yes, of course! However, buy now, pay later payment options can slow checkout time. Since sale items are limited, we suggest using any of our buy now pay later options to purchase a Posh Peanut Gift Card the day before the sale.

Will Customer Service be available to answer my questions? down icon

Yes! Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance or use the chat feature on our site. For questions regarding orders, please get in touch with Customer Service at help@poshpeanut.com. Please do not post in the VIP group or send us a DM. Our social media team will not be able to assist with orders.

Will items oversell? down icon

Despite the extra measures we have put in place to prevent this, there is always a chance of overselling due to limitations in our systems and partner systems. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, and from time to time, we do have items that oversell. If this happens, you will be refunded with no prior notification.

All sale items discounted 15% or more are FINAL SALE—no returns, no exchanges. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. It cannot be applied to a previous order. No code is required. The discount will be reflected in your cart once the product is added. No cancellations. No price adjustments. No order adjustments. No exceptions.
